Middle School Prep – Volleyball Academy

Middle School Prep is the ideal next step for athletes who have played volleyball in recreational leagues and are ready to actually learn the game.

This program bridges the gap between “just playing” and understanding volleyball fundamentals. Athletes learn why skills and movements matter, not just how to participate in a game. Practices are structured, active, and taught using a proven methodology that builds real volleyball foundations.

Athletes will learn

• Proper volleyball fundamentals
  passing, serving, movement, court awareness
  
  

• The why behind skills and decisions
  helping athletes improve faster and play with confidence
  
  

• Strong athletic habits
  coordination, balance, agility, and body control
  
  

• Team concepts and communication
  preparing athletes for future school or club opportunities
  
  

No prior experience is required. This is not a league. It is a skill-based training program designed to develop confident, capable volleyball players in a positive environment.
